本机为口服液瓶装线联动线机组,  用于对30ml-100ml铝盖模制玻璃瓶清洗、烘干、灌装、自动戴盖、螺纹轧制。洗瓶采用夹持回转方式，采用两水一气清洗工艺；热风循环烘箱；灌装采用多头直线式伺服灌装（其中KGF12-10与KGF16-12灌装头移动为伺服模组跟踪式灌装，其余机型灌装头为固定模式灌装），计量泵采用不锈钢泵或陶瓷泵，采用理盖器自动送盖，多头机械式四刀模式（二刀轧制螺纹，两刀封下沿）轧盖，该机组结构紧凑，易于操作。
