立式超声波洗瓶机设备简介 Equipment introduction

本机适用于制药、保健品厂管制或模制抗生素瓶的清洗，也可用于针剂安瓿或口服液瓶的清洗。本机为立式结构，采用机械手夹瓶和喷管作往复跟踪的方式，利用超声波清洗和水气交替清洗的原理，对容器进行清洗。破瓶率低，通用性广，运转平稳，水气管路不交叉污染，符合GMP要求。

This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, health products factory control or mold antibiotic bottle cleaning, can also be used for injection ampoule or oral liquid bottle cleaning. The machine is a vertical structure, using the robot arm to clamp the

bottle  and  nozzle  for  reciprocating  tracking,  ultrasonic  cleaning  and  alternating  water  and  gas  cleaning,  to  clean  the container. Low broken bottle rate, wide versatility, smooth operation, no cross contamination of water and gas pipeline, meets GMP requirements .
