高温热风循环隧道灭菌烘箱设备简介 Equipment introduction

本机适用对西林瓶、输液瓶及各类玻璃瓶对干燥灭菌，采用网带传送，网带变速可调，分别经过预热、高温、冷却段，使瓶子得到烘干，灭菌和冷却。本机采用不锈钢加热管加热。热风循环灭菌，热效率高、温度由温控仪自动控制显示并记录，冷却区配有百级垂直层流洁净装置，符合GMP要求。

This machine is suitable for drying and sterilizing Xy lin bottles, infusion bottles and all kinds of glass bottles, using mesh belt transmission, the mesh belt variable speed  can  be  adjusted,  respectively  through  preheating,  high  temperature, cooling  sections,  so that the  bottles  can  be  dried,  sterilized  and  cooled.  The machine is heated by stainless steel heating pipe . Hot air circulation sterilization, high  thermal  ef Þcie n cy,  temperature  is  automatically  controlled  by  the temperature controller display and record, the cooling area is equipped with 100 vertical laminar ßow cleaning device, in line with G MP requirements .
