西林瓶粉剂联动线设备简介 Equipment introduction

该联动线适用于2-100m |西林甁进行洗瓶、烘干、粉剂灌装、封口，通过绞龙式超声波洗瓶机、高温隧道烘箱、灌装机、封口机组成联动线，也可单机使用。本机组采用PLC、触摸屏联动联控，机构合理，自动化程度高，运行可靠稳定，操作简单，且拆洗方便，对各种规格的瓶类适应性强，符合GMP规范要求。

The  interlocking  line  is  suitable for  2-100m |  bottle washing,  drying,  powder  Þlling  and sealing.  The  interlocking  line  is  composed  of  Hank  dragon  ultrasonic  bottle  washing machine, high temperature tunnel oven, Þlling machine and sealing machine, and can also be  used  individually.  The  unit  adopts  PLC ,  touch  screen  linkage  control,  reasonable mechanism, high degree of automation, reliable and stable operation, simple operation, and convenient disassembly and washing, strong adaptability to various speci Þcations of bottles, fully in line with G MP speci Þcations .
