西林瓶液体联动线设备简介 Equipment introduction

本机为西林瓶装线联动线机组，主要用于2ml-30ml易拉盖硅硼管瓶的清洗、烘干、灌装、自动戴盖，封口。采用供瓶盘供瓶，单道或多道蛟龙进瓶，超声波清洗采用两水一气模式，通过小拨轮送入热风循环烘箱，灌装采用蠕动泵或陶瓷泵，灌装头采用单头或者多头形式，采用理盖器自动送盖，三刀式轧盖，该机组结构紧凑，易于操作。
